Kubus / Cube
In 2004, the installation of the “Chlodwig-Stele” outside the grounds of Burg Langendorf was followed by a four-metre-high cube of pink Spanish granite weighing about 70,000 kilos. Looking through one of the square viewing windows cut into the stone, visitors can gaze not only at the “Chlodwig-Stele.” The lines of sight to other points of the compass open a view of the Eifel hills.
Seven monuments made by Ulrich Rückriem can be discovered and experienced on a route of about three-kilometres around Burg Langendorf.
