Skulpturenpark Waldfrieden (Cragg Foundation)

British sculptor Tony Cragg created an exhibition center for interior and exterior sculpture on the grounds surrounding the historic Villa Waldfrieden in Wuppertal. Situated amidst nature across an area of roughly 14 hectares, this collection of works by important modern and contemporary sculptors been growing since 2008: in addition to a number of Tony Cragg’s own works, there are also sculptures by Richard Deacon, Bogomir Ecker, Eva Hild, Hubert Kiecol, Richard Long, Markus Lüpertz, Tatsuo Miyajima, Wilhelm Mundt, Jaume Plensa, Thomas Schütte, Jonathan Monk, and William Tucker, among others. The Skulpturenpark Waldfrieden also displays regularly changing exhibitions.
